Home grown singer, song writer and runner-up of series two of the hugely popular Network Seven show Australia’s Got Talent, Cameron “Cam” Henderson, is set to release his debut album Angel Without Wings on Saturday 2nd October following a special performance at the 2010 AFL Grand Final.

Grand Final day will top off a stellar year for the performer, who at the same time last year was un-known to the Australian public, and will this year realise a life long dream of singing the national anthem to a stadium full of footy supporters.

Angel Without Wings features 11 original tracks including; a duet with son Taylor Henderson and backing vocals by Sonja, Bridey and Taylor Henderson on the track If Your Love’s Like My Love. Angel Without Wings will be the lead track from the album and following Cam’s popularity on Australia’s Got Talent is expected to rocket up the ARIA Charts.

Born in Geelong and raised by farming parents in western Victoria, a builder by trade, Cam is living proof that it’s never to late to follow your dreams. Inspired by James Taylor, Cam’s desire to emulate his idol lead to a chance audition for Australia’s Got Talent – and the rest as they say is history.

Angel Without Wings is the debut album of Cameron Henderson released on Saturday 2nd October on Lifestyle Music through Sony Music Australia.
